At Panorama group daycare, we are keenly interested in children and it is our purpose to help the children grow to their full potential by providing the best care and training possible to help nurture and challenge them. Children learn through play and our goal is to provide each child with creative play experiences, which will meet the needs of the whole child in a positive, personal way.

PHILOSOPHY OF DISCIPLINE

Instilling a positive self-image and healthy sense of self- esteem in your child is our goal. At times, disciplinary actions are needed to protect the child from hurting themselves or others. Children need to limits set for them to show that we care. Positive approaches to discipline involve: modeling, reminding, and redirecting.
